How to get a quote

You can reach out to us using the online form or by sending an email to contact@easybusinessplan.ca. Please provide a scan or legible photo of the documents you require translation for. If you require a certified translation, along with the documents, we will need the following details to provide you with a cost estimate:

  • The country where the translated documents will be presented.
We will engage a certified translator from the specific country where you need to submit the translated documents.

  • The language into which the documents need to be translated.
We will select a native translator of the target language to ensure an accurate translation.

  • Any specific instructions
Different authorities and institutions have different requirements, and most of the time they clearly specify the type of translations they are willing to accept. In this case, please inform us beforehand so that we can prepare a correct quote.

Frequently Asked Questions

An official translation, also known as a certified translation, is a translation of a document that has been undertaken by a professional translator who is officially authorized or recognized by a government authority, court, or relevant institution. This type of translation is often required for legal, immigration, academic, or official purposes, and it comes with a certification or statement of accuracy, affirming that the translation is a faithful representation of the original document. Official translations are typically used to ensure the accuracy and authenticity of documents when they are presented to government agencies, courts, educational institutions, or other official entities.

Documents that often require official translations include birth certificates, marriage certificates, academic transcripts, legal contracts, immigration documents, and any official records needed for legal or official proceedings.

The time required for an official translation depends on factors like the document's complexity, language pair, and the translator's availability. It's advisable to inquire with the translation provider for an estimated turnaround time.

Yes, it's possible to certify a document that has already been translated for Italy. In this case, one of our certified translators will review the existing translation and provide certification for the final document. However, for sworn translations outside of Italy, this isn't feasible. Sworn translators located outside Italy cannot utilize an existing translation. This is because any certified translation must be completed entirely and personally by the certified translator, which is essential due to potential civil and criminal liability for the translator.
